England's men's and women's teams will play a double-header against France in Toulouse on Saturday 29 June to commemorate 90 years of the French game.
This means Shaun Wayne's men's side are guaranteed to play at least one Test in 2024, given the uncertainty of the autumn calendar regarding Samoa's visit plans.
Stuart Barrow's women's team, like the men's, faced France in a mid-season test in 2023.
The match follows the match against Wales in November.
Both teams will be selected in the week leading up to the match at the Stade Ernest Walloon, home of the Toulouse Olympic Games.
The French side's Championship match against Featherstone, which was already on the calendar for the same day, will take place after both games, with kick-off at 20:00 BST.
Super League players can take part in this test as it is a free weekend on the top-level calendar.
“French rugby league has a rich and proud history, with the men's national team first playing against England in Paris in 1934,” said Rugby Football League Chairman Simon Johnson.
“We are delighted that the England side have been invited to participate in the 90th anniversary celebrations. We would like to thank FFR XIII for making this possible and wish them well for the next 90 years.”
The RFL will broadcast both international matches on its SuperLeague+ streaming platform.
