European soccer governing body UEFA said the decision was taken “following extensive consultation with local authorities regarding designated access routes and logistics operations to the edge of the stadium occupied by supporters of each finalist.”
UEFA plans to sell an additional 12,000 tickets for the Europa League final through its ticket sales portal.
