An emotional Gayton McKenzie accused Jocelyn Smith's mother Kelly and her partner Jackin Apolis, also known as Boeta, of illegal drug use.
This came amid unconfirmed reports that they had been arrested in connection with the disappearance of a child in Saldanha Bay.
Police confirmed three arrests, according to eNCA and journalist Annika Larsen.
Jocelyn went missing from her home in Dearsville on February 19th. At the time of her disappearance, she was in the custody of her stepfather.

Three people have been arrested in connection with Jocelyn Smith's disappearance, according to eNCA.
The news broadcaster did not identify them, but the trio claims they will appear in court on Thursday, March 6.
No other details were disclosed.
Police have not yet confirmed this report.
Gayton McKenzie slams mother and stepfather
Meanwhile, Gayton McKenzie admonished Kelly and Boeta for using illegal drugs in front of their three children.
In her first meeting with Jocelyn Smith's mother, Kelly admitted that Boeta and herself had abused the drug stimulant.
He also claims she rejected offers of private drug rehabilitation.
Patriotic Alliance leaders said in an emotional Facebook post:
“How would she have felt seeing not only her parents, but also her parents' friends coming to her house to Tik? This is the reality of our community. There are hundreds of thousands of Jocelyns out there.
He added: “We must stand up, take responsibility and create a new reality for our children and grandchildren.
“Put yourself in the shoes of Jocelyn, who comes from school and has no bread because ticks have been bought for her.
He added, “God, please help our community and help us find Jocelyn. We will never fail You again.
Meanwhile, Jocelyn's biological father Jose Emke also shared his suspicions that his daughter's disappearance was likely related to a “drug debt.”
