Glamorgan reported a loss of £316,000 for the calendar year to 31 December 2023.
The club said this figure compared with its modest operating profit of £53,000 in the previous 12 months, with the loss being better than expected and allowing it to reduce its debt.
The club made a profit of £431,000 before interest, tax and depreciation.
New CEO Dan Cherry said the loss was a “reasonable financial result” for the year.

The England match operation and Wales Fire franchise earned Glamorgan £1.83 million in 2023, accounting for the majority of the county's income.
Catering and event profits have also increased, but funding from the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and the Welsh Government has been cut, and membership and sponsorship income has also fallen.
Overall, Glamorgan City's investment in cricket activities is just over £3m, which means it remains 13th out of the 18 first-tier counties.
Mr Cherry's report also paid tribute to his predecessor, Hugh Morris, who will retire at the end of 2023 after 10 years in the role.
He said: “[Morris] He has made a huge contribution to cricket, not only at Glamorgan and Wales, but also during his 17-year stint at the ECB. ”
Glamorgan will begin their competitive season with an away Championship game against Middlesex at Lord's on Friday 6th April.
