The DJ flew out to Türkiye a few days ago to undergo surgery.
Gogo Skhorteni (real name Tumi Motsoeneng) made headlines last week when he revealed that he had undergone cosmetic surgery in Turkey.
However, the reality TV star and DJ clarified to The Citizen that the procedure was not the popular Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) as had been rumoured.
“What I did wasn't a BBL. I had to have an abdominoplasty and fill in certain parts of my body like my hip dips,” she said.
Sharing the reasons behind her decision to undergo the surgery, Skoteni said she did not like the changes to her body that occurred after giving birth.
“I wanted to get back to the shape I was in before having kids, but no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't. I lost weight thanks to a healthy diet and the diet teas I was selling, but I still wasn't satisfied.
“Now I want to shape my body the way I want it and the way that makes me happy,” she added.

Skooteni revealed that the entire process, including flights and other associated costs, cost about R230,000.
She said she only felt severe pain for a few minutes after the procedure.

She added: “The pain was 10 out of 10, but only on the first day, a few minutes after the operation.
“After the operation, it was a bit of a shocking experience for a few minutes, but after that I was fine, I was able to cope and I slept the whole time. There were nurses on call 24/7. [recovery]walking, getting out of bed.
Skoteni also shared a video on her Instagram story, giving fans a glimpse into her journey.
