Gogo Skoteni is being abused by her boyfriend
Gogo Skhoteni has spoken out about the abuse she suffered at the hands of her estranged husband.
The DJ, whose real name is Tumi Motsoneng, announced he had split with his girlfriend a few years ago, but has now returned to announce they've gotten back together.
Shortly after reuniting, the two went their separate ways again and she became the victim of physical abuse.
The traditionalist, who recently committed her life to God, shared photos of the bruises she sustained after being abused by her husband.
She also shared screenshots of their WhatsApp chats.
“Monde, are you going to hit me every time we meet even if we are not together?” Gogo Skhoteni said during the conversation.
“This is because I was slammed and people blamed me last time. And I Aiko Rent (Nothing) But now “I can see Monde Shange killing me. I know I had my flaws,” she said.
Gogo Skhoteni said that despite their divorce, her husband continues to abuse her. She blames the abuse on a lack of respect, not infidelity.
“I left my marriage and my marriage behind, Manje Ungishahelani “(Why are you hitting me?) Monde shange,” she said.
“Yes, we did bad things to each other. It wasn't the cheating that destroyed our marriage, it was the disrespect we showed to each other,” she said.
“But why do you hit me, especially in front of your lovely daughter Liyana?”
However, Ms Skoteni's husband denied harming her.
This is the second report of abuse in two weeks. The first was from Mihlali Ndamase, who reported being abused by her husband, Leeroy Sidambe.
