When South African Football Association (Safa) president Danny Jordaan appeared in court on charges of fraud of R1.3 million, he made a discovery.
South African Football Association (Safa) president Danny Jordaan has found a supporter in superfan Joy 'Mama Joy' Chauke as he returns to court over R1.3-million fraud charges.
Mama Joy is a popular figure at sporting events and frequently travels around the world at taxpayer expense to cheer on national teams.
But on Tuesday, she found herself in the dark and dreary Special Commercial Crimes Court in Palm Ridge, Johannesburg.
Mr Jordaan is therefore appealing his arrest and the attack on his home, and hopes to have the case dismissed as a result.

Changing lawyers?

If the court determines there is a dispute, Mr. Jordaan will need to find another legal representative.
