Pakistan pacer Hasan Ali has given a hilarious reply to all-rounder Shadab Khan's post on X (formerly known as Twitter) about Pakistan women's team.
It was noteworthy that the Pakistan women's team whitewashed South Africa for the first time ever in a T20I series and Shadab said that the Pakistan women's team should also be supported in the same way as the men's national team.
However, while replying to the aforementioned post, Hasan urged Shadab to reward the women's team with millions of dollars with lots of laughing emojis.
Notably, the Green Shirts defeated the Proteas by six runs in the third T20I, completing the whitewash against the visitors on Monday.
Chasing a target of 151 runs, the visiting team kept losing wickets at the interval, but it was skipper Laura Wolvaardt who played a brave knock of 72 runs in 54 balls with nine boundaries.
She single-handedly carried the side and came close to goal, but the 24-year-old decided to go for a six, but the ball did not cross the boundary and was caught. The visiting team needed 18 off 10 balls and it looked like they would finally win the first match, but after a well-placed batsman lost his wicket, none of the other batsmen could get the team over the line. I lost the match.
For Pakistan, Sadia Iqbal and Nashra Sundu played an important role in their team's victory by taking two wickets each.
Meanwhile, in the first innings, Pakistan posted 150/5 on the scoreboard in their allotted overs.
Sidra Ameen and Bisma Maroof scored 39 runs each while captain Nida Dar played a devastating knock scoring 36 runs off 20 balls, including six boundaries.
Pakistan won the first T20I by five wickets and the second T20I by seven wickets.
