Cairo Forbes' Nadia Nakai posted an image of herself sitting on the tombstone of her father, aka Keenan Forbes, that struck a chord with fans.
The 8-year-old, the late star's only child, remembered her father's birthday on Sunday, January 28th.
Cairo, whose mother is DJ Zinhle, visited Keenan's final resting place at West Park Cemetery with his parents, Lynn and Tony Forbes, and his girlfriend Nadia.

Cairo Forbes mourns his father's birthday
Nadia Nakai revealed on her Instagram Story how AKA's nearest and dearest celebrated his 36th birthday.
The female entertainer claims that the rapper's daughter also shared her desire to release 36 white balloons into the sky overlooking his grave.
This eccentric 8-year-old even insisted that balloons should be biodegradable for the sake of the planet.

But the heartwarming moment turned into a heartbreaking one when Nadia posted a photo of Cairo sitting alone on her father's gravestone. She held a purple balloon in her hand that read “Happy Birthday”.
“Oh Cairo, I'm so sorry,” she captioned the image.

“You can't help a child with their pain.”
Meanwhile, Cairo's mother, DJ Zinhle, described how the past year has been a “roller coaster” for her.
In her Instagram post, she wrote, “Kylo has had a tough week leading up to Keenan's birthday. As a mother, I want her to heal and bless her father, but… It's too early.
She continued: “This past year has been such a roller coaster! Every day I take her breath, praying that she's okay. Not being able to help my child deal with the pain, I feel helpless.”
DJ Zinhle went on to thank his blended family, including Forbes, Mahosanas and Nadia Nakai, for their support.
She added: “Family is love. Family is us.”
