He tweeted from his official X account: “This morning, we participated in morning prayers at the Laudium, wished the Muslim community a blessed Eid Mubarak, and delivered an address marking the end of the fast. I wish you a happy Eid al-Fitr.”
In the comments section, many members of the Muslim community praised the president for acknowledging their faith.
Further moves by the president
This is not the first time we have seen President Cyril Ramaphosa fail at dancing.
In a recent clip, he was spotted dancing to an Amapiano song by Tyler ICU. Muniqueas well as Tyra's hit song water. Ramaphosa has proven he can keep up with the energetic dance queen Makazi.
He has also done Bosho and is a big fan of Master KG. Jerusalema. He said of the global hit in his 2020 presidential address: “What better way to celebrate our South Africanness than to take part in a global phenomenon that is spreading all over the world and that is the Jerusalema Dance Challenge.”
“Our performers have proven to the world that we have good music, good dance, and good movement.”
