CLEVELAND — Cleveland Clinic has been ranked the second best hospital in the world for six consecutive years.
The Cleveland-based medical center was ranked No. 2 on Newsweek's 2024 ranking of the world's best hospitals. The ranking features 250 hospitals based on research and data from hospitals in 30 countries.

Cleveland Clinic ranked second behind Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
The clinic wasn't the only hospital on the list in Cleveland. University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center ranked No. 154, and Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital ranked No. 232 on his list.
In addition, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi was ranked 186th in the world and the highest-rated hospital in the United Arab Emirates by Newsweek.
In addition to the world rankings, Cleveland Clinic was ranked No. 2 in the U.S. and several other Northeast Ohio hospitals were included in Newsweek's U.S. rankings. These hospitals include:
