Shezi, who won, said she never saw her victory coming. “Everyone got really great critiques, and no one seemed to have a hard time,” Shezi said.
Ranaka and Shezi will be competing for the title of Mzansi's Celebrity Masterchef and the R1 million prize. Half of the money will be donated to the charity of their choice.

Dineo impresses the judges
The semi-final episode featured French lamb trimmings with pistachio, herb crust, sorghum risotto, miso and romesco sauce. This was intentionally designed to demonstrate the four candidates' understanding of flavor, color, texture, and presentation.
The curve ball was a vegetable side dish that they had to prepare and was put there for the contestants to layer on flavor and demonstrate their ability to show how they can think on their feet.
In this challenge, four contestants demonstrated their proficiency in balancing protein, starch, vegetable, and sauce ingredients.
“We thought your taste was absolutely divine and showed great skill and many techniques in seasoning. We were disappointed that the lamb was a bit undercooked,” Nene told Ranaka. spoke.
“For those who have never cooked lamb this way, I think you did a good job. The risk of overcooking is a worse mistake than undercooking. I mean, literally 2 more minutes in the oven. All I had to do was heat it up and give it a little more curing time and it was perfect.”
But Ranaka was not satisfied.
“When I heard all three judges say the lamb was good, I [prepared] By restaurant standards this is good. But am I satisfied? No, because I wanted it to be perfect. ”
If Ranaka wins in the final, she plans to donate the remaining half of her prize money to the charity People Against Abuse of Women.
