A popular psychic believes if authorities had heeded her advice they would have found missing Jocelyn Smith. Candice Starr, a spiritual healer from the United States, has aired her frustrations in recent days after sharing her “visions” of the children of Saldanha Bay.
Jocelyn disappeared from her home in Dearsville on February 19th. Despite an extensive search by police, experts and the community, she has yet to be found.

Spiritual leader Kandis Starr chastised authorities for not following up on her leads in her latest video post.
she said: “If she had listened to me, they would have found her already. I believe she was touched.”
Mr Starr, who has previously given readings to SA celebrities alias Costa Tich and Riky Rick, also criticized details of the investigation that were leaked on social media.
