Smokey Miller, whose real name is Goboan Clement Setziel, has become famous for his hilarious skits, garnering more than 2 million followers on TikTok and 260,000 on Instagram.
The social media star recently Citizen She talks about her journey to stardom and expresses her gratitude for the support she's received over the years.
Reflecting on his rise to fame, he said: “This is actually something that's worked out well for me and it's something that I've always wanted to do.”
“So I'm happy with the fact that I'm doing it and it's working out and I'm very grateful to my God and everyone who supports me. I'm very grateful.”

Smokey overcomes anxiety and bullying
The 25-year-old comedian said his journey has not been without challenges.
Growing up, he was subjected to severe bullying which made him question whether his dreams would ever come true.
“I always thought maybe it would never happen because of what I went through as a kid, but when it started to happen I was so excited and elated. Now everything is going according to plan so I'm so happy,” Smokey said proudly.
Despite all the love on social media, Smokey admits he still struggles with anxiety.
“I have anxiety, but I've learned not to talk about it because people attack me for it. I don't want to be a victim of being attacked for my anxiety anymore,” he said.
A bright future awaits
Not only is Smokey a social media star, he is also excelling academically.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Economics from the Tshwane University of Technology where he also recently completed his degree.
