Investec Properties, a subsidiary of the investment banking giant, has secured a vast new logistics warehouse for Naspers-owned e-commerce group Take-A-Lot, which is being developed at a new R6 billion logistics park in Durban.
The Brickworks development is Investec's largest real estate project currently underway in the South East, and is being built on a 157-hectare site in Avoca, close to the Riverhorse Valley area, which was one of the areas hardest hit by the 2021 KZN riots.
