The concept store has an exclusive new menu featuring a variety of new crushers, including Cola Dunk Wings, Chili Lime Burger, Hot and Spicy Chacho (nachos and more), and Pineapple Mojito Sparkling Crusher. Bottled sauces of KFC's signature kernel sauce and ginger sauce will also be available for purchase, allowing fans to take home a bottle of their favorites.
Featuring 100% digital graphics and display content, the menu is the star of the show, as well as a cashless digital kiosk with ordering in 11 official languages, and unlimited Wi-Fi and internet access. South Africa's first crowdsourced playlist on Spotify allows customers to post song suggestions and personalize their in-restaurant experience.
The KFC Play Braam team has intentionally worked to create a space that combines cutting-edge technology with youth-focused KFC team members. Equipped with a lobby host and table service, this concept store allowed KFC team members to shift their focus from filling orders to facilitating a great dining experience by engaging directly with customers. KFC team members will also have a soundproof charging area and digital communication platform, as well as separate delivery and pick-up zones.
