“I can't confirm that… There are a lot of reports floating around. I can't say if they're true or not,” he began.
“Maybe because we've become such a huge brand on the local scene, people are starting to associate us with the big brands,” he continued. “As I said earlier, I can't confirm or deny whether he's coming or not. But if I have the opportunity to work with him, I would love to do it,'' he said.
“What coach would refuse to work with a player like that? Every coach's dream is to work with a big brand like this,” he finished.
Karma's career
Khama Billiat, who is set to join Manica Diamonds, has had a long professional career that began in 2010. The talented star joined CAPS United in 2010 after graduating from the Ace Academy.
He played just five games before signing with Ajax Cape Town in the same year.
He showed his talent at Ajax, making 83 appearances and scoring 24 goals before moving to Mamelodi Sundowns. At Sundowns, Khama was one of the most talented players in the league and attracted a move to Kaizer Chiefs.
At Chiefs, Khama was one of South Africa's highest-paid players until his departure in 2023.
