A 9-year-old child influencer was criticized for landing an advertising job.
Amapiano star Lady Do has come to the defense of Cairo Forbes, the daughter of the late AKA and DJ Zinhle, after a social media user complained on X about Cairo's ad appearance.
The nine-year-old is currently appearing with her mother in an ad for Akkermans, as well as appearing in a TV commercial for Nedbank.

Cairo is more than just an advertising star. She is also an award-winning international influencer.
In July 2024, she won the “Favorite African Kidfluencer” award at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards.
