Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag says the club will have to be “creative” in selecting their squad after failing to sign a striker in the January transfer window.
Ten Hag wanted to sign a cover deal in January but was restricted by financial rules.
“It's no secret that we wanted an extra striker,” Ten Hag said.
“We don't really have a back-up because Martial is injured, but that wasn't possible because we have to follow the Financial Fair Play rules.
“We have Omari. [Forson], we have Amad Diallo and of course Rashford who can play there. I believe all remaining positions are filled. But yeah, we're going to have to get a little creative to get to 9th place. ”
United have scored 28 goals in 22 Premier League games this season.
