Football legend Mark Fish congratulated Bafana Bafana assistant coach Herman Muharele after his team defeated Morocco 2-0 in the AFCON (African Cup of Nations).

Mark Fish: “Well done, brother.”
Former Bafana Bafana player Mark Fish appeared for the X on Wednesday, praise Coach Herman Muharele's team defeated Morocco on Tuesday, January 30th.
Fish shared a photo with Muharele and tweeted: “Well done, Herman, bro…so proud of you and the team…we move forward.”
Al Jazeera reported that South Africa will play Cape Verde in the quarter-finals on Saturday, February 3.

Herman Muharele: Bafana Coaching Assistant
SABC reported in March 2021 that Herman “Midnight Express” Muharele has been appointed as Hugo Bruce's second Bafana Bafana assistant coach.
The publication added that the announcement was made by SAFA (South African Football Association) president Danny Jordaan at a press conference.
SAFA Technical Committee Chairman Jacques Maluleka explained the process for appointing assistant coaches at a press conference.
“I just want to clear up the issue of assistant coaches. The technical committee makes recommendations only to the NEC. And the coach says these are the people I want to work with.''
“The head coach recommended it. We will not interfere in that space. There is nothing evil,” Maluleka added.
