Current and former world champions Freya Colbert and Matt Richards secured their place at the Paris Olympics by winning the British title in London.
Colbert won the 400-meter medley, setting an Olympic-qualifying time and boosting his world gold medal.
Richards won the men's stacked 100m freestyle final, but 200m Olympic champion Tom Dean was eliminated, leaving Scotland's Duncan Scott with the silver medal.
“That race had as much pressure as the Olympic final,” Richards said.
“I thought I could go a little faster, maybe it wasn't the best race, but I can't complain.
“It got the job done and I had plenty left in the tank for the summer.”
Richards, the 2023 200m freestyle world champion, and Dean and Scott, the 200m freestyle Olympic silver medalists, were all under the Olympic qualifying time, but there are only two Olympic spots per event, and Richards will automatically qualify. Scott qualified instead. 2nd best position.
The trio will compete again in Sunday's 200m freestyle, which could be even more competitive, with Dean and Scott having a further chance of qualifying for Paris in Friday's 200m medley.
Colbert had already won the British 200m freestyle title this week, but said he was unlikely to compete in that event in Paris because of a conflict with the main event, the 400m medley.
She and Katie Shanahan finished one class higher in the final, and Scotland Shanahan also had a chance of qualifying for her second Olympic Games, within the qualifying time.
No British woman has won an Olympic swimming individual title since Rebecca Adlington in 2008, but Colbert downplayed the possibility of ending that wait.
In Paris, she will likely race with Canadian world record holder Summer McIntosh, 17, who missed this year's world championships.
“McIntosh is head and shoulders above the rest,” Colbert said.
“I'm not saying I'm going to do it. I don't know if now is the time.
“I hope so, but I'm also very realistic. I know what the rest of the field is like.”
