The social media blogger was ordered to remove the defamatory comments from his X feed.
ANC secretary-general Fikile Mbalula's wife Nozuko Mbalula and her business partner Michelle Perreault have obtained a banning order against social media blogger Musa Khaura.
The court order follows a complaint made by Mr Khawla on social media platform X, in which he alleges that Mr Mbalula and Mr Perot paid bribes to win government tenders worth R150-million between 2013 and 2019.
According to court documents shared by Fikile Mbalula on X, Khawla was ordered to pay damages to the applicant, cover the legal costs of the application and remove the defamatory statements from X's feed within 48 hours of the order being made.
Additionally, Mr Khawla is barred from giving any interviews or posting any statements on any social media platform, including X, that implicate Mr Mbalula and Mr Perot in fraud or corruption.

Khawla told X on Thursday that he doesn't have that kind of money.
“Aikabi, Anginayobandora [Not in a bad way, but I don’t have it]” Kaura wrote.
Earlier this year, Khawla was hit with a new lawsuit alleging he made defamatory statements about businesswoman Jade Harris Oren.
“Jade Oren is cheating on his wife. Jade Oren and Sirinia were married in 2015 but he has cheated on her and threatened to kill her every time she tried to leave their fake marriage,” Musa wrote.
Khawla shared the court documents in a now-deleted social media post, saying he did not have the money to pay Oren as per the court order.
“Who the hell is that? Someone let him know. Anginamari [I don’t have money],” he wrote.
