Nasty C is on a 19-day fast to deepen his connection with God.
South African entertainers are gradually turning back to God and taking spirituality more seriously.
During an Instagram Live session with American actor and singer Rotimi, the South African rapper revealed that a friend encouraged him to start fasting.
“When I found out I was having a baby, I started preparing. Then my friend Alex told me about the fast he was doing. I'm actually fasting right now,” said Nasty C. Told.
“It's like a 19-day fast, where you forget about things like physical hunger and focus more on things like mental hunger,” he added.
Nasty C said she started her fast on March 1st, cutting off food and water until the evening.
“So from March 1st to March 19th, from sunrise to sunset, I will do my best to not eat anything, not drink anything, and be intentional in everything I do.” Be more patient and kinder to people. Just be nice to everyone, not just the people you work with or live with. Be nice and be nice more often. “Pray every time your stomach grumbles, think about how hungry your soul is, and think about your connection to God that needs repair,” said Mr. C.
Besides Nasty C, three other celebrities who have made a fresh start are Cassper Nyovest, Black Coffee, and Faith Nketsi.
This celebrity seems to be seeing something, but they're not telling us anything.
