The Crown Gospel Awards founder reportedly began falling ill in April this year.
As prayers continue to be offered for Crown Gospel Awards founder Zanele Mbokazi, she took to her social media platform to share a heartfelt message.
Mbokazi was recently diagnosed with cancer and has received a lot of support from fans and members of the media since going public about her health condition.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Mbokazi shared a video from the Kamalaaz Marathon that showed an exhausted man making it to the finish line.
“Ndaba san is a huge inspiration to me… perseverance, hard work despite all odds. I will never give up!,” she wrote in the caption of the video.
Since then, fans and other celebrities, including Winnie Nshaba, have left words of encouragement in the comments section.

Mbokazi's cancer diagnosis
Mbokazi reportedly fell ill in April this year and underwent surgery after experiencing shortness of breath.

“During the operation, the doctors discovered Zanele had lung cancer, but throughout it all we have faith in God,” Mbokazi's husband said, according to the paper.
Last Friday, gospel singers and preachers hosted a prayer vigil for Mbokazi's recovery at the Assemblies of God church in Sandton.The list of participants included legendary gospel singers and preachers such as Rebecca Malope, Bishop Benjamin Dube, Sfiso Mabuza, Solly Mahlangu and Bishop Mpendullo Nkambule.
“I am humbled by this gesture. Glory to God…Thank you to all the artists and preachers (I know there are many more but I couldn't fit them all on one poster),” Mbokazi wrote on Instagram.
