Gusinire Twala's name started trending on Monday morning after a video of her having sex with her ex-fiance was leaked.
Nonprofit organization Women for Change defends social media influencer Gusineer Twala and calls for the arrest of her ex-fiancé Themba “Grootman” Serale for allegedly leaking a sex tape. Ta.
“Women for Change is deeply appalled and outraged by the sex tape allegedly leaked by Themba Serale, also known as 'Grootman.' “This heinous act of revenge porn is not only a serious violation of privacy, but also a deeply traumatic experience for Gusinire Twala,” the nonprofit organization said in a statement.
The statement came hours after Twala's name started trending on Monday morning after a video of the former couple having sex was leaked. The footage is said to have been leaked by Grootman.

The NPO is calling for Grootman's arrest and for him to be held accountable for his alleged actions.
“We call on law enforcement, policy makers and community leaders to take a stand against revenge porn and all forms of gender-based violence (GBVF),” the statement reads.
“We urge everyone to support Gcinile by refusing to share the video or engage with it further. Instead, use our collective voice to condemn GBVF and demand justice. Let's do it,'' he concluded.

Who are Gusinir and Grootman?
Twala is a makeup artist and influencer with over 300,000 followers on her TikTok channel. She is the owner of the beauty company Glammed by Gciniletee.
While running her business, Twala also takes classes at the Fair Beauty Academy in Johannesburg.
Her and Grootman's relationship has been in the spotlight for several years now, and the couple is not shy about sharing their moments of joy with their many followers on social media.
The two got engaged in 2022 after Grootman proposed to Twala. The pair once had matching tattoos, but Twala recently covered them up as problems in their whirlwind relationship worsened.

Mr. Grootman also has a strong social media presence through his interests in trading. He has been described as a scammer by many social media users.
However, the shady nature of his dealings was confirmed in 2022 when the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) warned people not to do any financial services business with him.
“The FSCA warns the public to be cautious when conducting financial services business with Themba Selahle, also known as @xo_grootman on social media,” the 2022 statement reads.
Mr. Serare is alleged to have offered to conduct foreign exchange transactions on behalf of ordinary people. He is suspected of promising large and unfair profits to his clients, and ignoring their attempts to withdraw funds or profits. “Yes,” the agency said.
