American mogul Oprah Winfrey celebrated her 70th birthday on Monday, January 29th. Now 70 years old, she has reached a milestone in becoming more active.

Oprah Winfrey turns 70!
In an Instagram post, Oprah shared a video of herself running on the beach.She also added a Jill Scott song goldPost a video of her with the words, “This is 70!” About her video.
“Celebrating 70 with a run on the beach. #healthbestgift. Thank you for all the love on my birthday 🥳,” Oprah Winfrey captioned her birthday post.
In December 2023, Oprah Winfrey spoke to People magazine about how she felt stronger than ever thanks to fitness.
She also admitted that she found the solution to maintaining a healthy weight by taking a more holistic approach, including regular exercise and other lifestyle adjustments.
Oprah Winfrey also admitted to using weight loss drugs.
“[Weight fluctuations] It took up 50 years of space in my brain, yo-yoing, feeling why I couldn't conquer this thing, believing my willpower was my failure.'' the mogul told People magazine.
Oprah continued, “After my knee surgery, I started hiking and set new distance goals every week. I was eventually able to hike 3 to 5 miles in a straight line every day and 10 miles on the weekends.'' ,” she said. “I felt stronger, healthier and more alive than I have felt in years.”
