Orlando Pirates have activated the following options: Tshegofatso MabasaContract after returning from rival Morooka Swallows.

This is according to a report by iDiski Timessuggesting that Mabasa's contract was due to expire in June.
Now, with a two-year extension on his original contract, Pirates know they have a natural striker for the next two years.

Orlando Pirates extend Mabasa's contract by two years
“Orlando Pirates have activated a two-year option on the contract of striker Tshegofatso Mabasa, whose contract expires at the end of this season,” the report reads in part.

Mabasa ranks among the PSL's leading goalscorers
Mabasa is one of the league's top scorers with six goals, all during his short spell at Swallows.

He is two goals behind Cape Town City's Hanyisa Mayo, who currently has eight league goals.
The left-footed frontman will be hoping to add to his tally in the remaining games of the season against Pirates.
