Manchester City beat Brentford 3-1 in what was the closest title race in eight years.
The top three teams, Liverpool, City and Arsenal, are separated by just two points after 23 games (City have 22).
The last time the game was this close at this stage was the 2015-16 season, when Leicester City won the title.
But that's not all. Aston Villa and Liverpool are five points behind, with Tottenham a further two points behind.
It's been 10 years since the top five have been this close at this stage.
“I think it's a five-horse race because they have to believe. Otherwise, why bother? It's a hell of a race, but it's a really good race. But for Manchester City it's all about I feel like it's starting to fall into place,” Chris said. Sutton, who won the Premier League with Blackburn Rovers, spoke on BBC Radio 5 Live.
Former Republic of Ireland goalkeeper Shay Given, who played for Manchester City and Aston Villa, said: “You have to mention Villa too in the title race, but in my opinion it's a three-horse race.” added.
arsenal's 3-1 victory over Liverpool Sunday's game had the potential to be a big moment, with leaders Liverpool suffering their first domestic defeat since September, having gone eight points ahead of the Gunners.
“Liverpool's result was the perfect result for Manchester City,” Given said. “It's up to them to prove why they are champions and why they can be champions again. I'm confident they will continue to win the league.”

“Liverpool and Arsenal are backing us.”
Things are starting to get spooky again for Manchester City's title rivals.
On December 26th, City, who had just participated in the Club World Cup, were in fifth place, eight points behind leaders Liverpool.
However, even after a shaky start, Josep Guardiola's side have a reputation for continuing a long winning streak after Christmas, winning nine consecutive games in all competitions. A victory over Everton at 12:30 GMT on Saturday before Liverpool host Burnley at 3pm would mean they would be top of the table for at least a few hours.
Guardiola said: “We're just recovering our personnel and preparing for Everton. We're not thinking about the goals we conceded, we're just thinking about winning the next game.''
Star players Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland have returned from injury. Hat-trick hero Phil Foden scores three goals for Brentford.
“We have to take it game by game and not get too far ahead of ourselves. Liverpool and Arsenal are pushing us,” Foden told BBC Sport.
“It's important to him [Haaland] and kev [De Bruyne] To come back. They are probably our most important players. ”
Sutton continued: “Now that the big guns are back, we're all thinking the same thing.
“We see them having a great run year after year and we think they’ll probably do it again.”
This marks the 10th time in 23 games or more since the start of the season that the top three have been separated by just two points.
In the 2013-14 season, Manchester City won their first Premier League title after the penultimate weekend, just two points behind Liverpool, City and Chelsea.
It was also the last season in which the fifth-placed team was within seven points of first place with 15 games remaining.
Of Guardiola's five title-winning seasons in England, last season was the only one in which he finished below his current 49 points after 22 games.
