A few months ago, a bright young boy stole the hearts of Mzansi with his songs and dances. It first went viral on the internet after an 8-year-old boy was recorded energetically giving a presentation at his school. After this video gained traction online, many people wanted to see little Klein Kwaga in action, and soon he was showing off his dance moves all over TikTok.
And now he's making fellow South Africans feel all kinds of proud after being invited to appear on American talk show host Kelly Clarkson's show.

Klein Kwaga goes international and appears on Kelly Clarkson's show
Just a few months ago, an elementary school boy succeeded in winning the hearts of millions. Klein Kwaga (real name Dirko Janssen van Nieuwenhuizen) first made headlines after his school recital was recorded.
Among other adorable little boys and girls, Klein Kwaga stood out as she danced: Liffey A heartfelt gift from local musician Bernice West.

Immediately there were requests to see him dance by himself, and I can tell you that each time he danced, he got better and better.
Soon after, other South Africans were also performing dance routines.

And now this little star is making his mark internationally. American singer-turned-talk show host Kelly Clarkson even invited him to speak on her show via international video call.
“There's something to be said for those who dance the hardest knowing that just about everyone is watching. Quagga, you have no idea how much joy you've brought me. You're going to be great friends with my son,'' Clarkson told her son during the phone call.
