From early childhood lessons to museums and theatre
Stone revealed in an interview that as a child, she took art lessons from her Aunt Vonne, who studied painting and literature in college. When she expressed a desire to start drawing again, a friend gifted her an adult coloring kit. “I invested in proper brushes and gained control over each brushstroke,” she recalls. “By constantly drawing, I rediscovered myself, my mind, my center.” First painting in her bedroom, she eventually set up a studio on her property and now dedicates herself to painting whenever she can. Each session is a testament to her artistic resurgence.
