Wales flanker James Botham was withdrawn from the Six Nations squad due to a knee injury, with prop Dillon Lewis and lock Seb Davies called up.
Botham started and scored a try in the 27-26 defeat to Scotland, but was sent back to his club Cardiff for rehabilitation.
Lewis becomes Wales' fourth tighthead option in the squad.
