Sol Fenduka avoided DJ Maphorisa for safety
South African presenter Sol Fenduka has caused a stir on social media following some shocking revelations about DJ Maphorisa.
Phori has long been in the news due to accusations of exploitation, the latest being in relation to Samthing Soweto's alleged discrediting of Mas Musiq's new single.
Sol is the co-host of the controversial South African podcast, Podcast and Chill, which features a range of celebrities, including A-listers like Black Coffee.
Twitter users urged the Kaya presenter to invite DJ Maphorisa onto the podcast.
“Translator translation: Solfenduka at least, #Soweto “We'll hear his side of the story on the show this Thursday,” he tweeted.
Sol Fenduka revealed that attempts have been made in the past, but to no avail.
“Our producer is up for a challenge. She's tried before,” he replied.
Twitter users further urged him to kidnap the music producer onto the show as Fenduka is not interested in coming on the show, but Fenduka's response has attracted a lot of attention.
Sol argued that he could not abduct Foli because the Amapiano DJs were feeding him.
“How could I kidnap a man who is willing to feed me???” Sol replied.
