- The Springboks will face the Wallabies in two away games in 2024.
- Rugby Australia has announced that the two test venues will be Brisbane and Perth.

The venue for two away Rugby Championship Tests between the Springboks and the Wallabies was announced by Rugby Australia on Friday.

The game against Australia kicks off the world champions' Rugby Championship schedule, with the first Test scheduled for August 10 at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium and the second a week later at Perth's Optus Stadium.
The last time the Boks faced Australia in Brisbane, they lost 30-17 in 2021. It will be South Africa's first Test at Perth's Optus Stadium, although the last time the Boxes played in the city they drew 23-23 with the Wallabies in Perth. 2017 is oval.
The Wallabies' Tests will be followed by matches against arch-rivals New Zealand at Ellis Park on August 31st and Cape Town Stadium on September 7th.
The Boks play away to Argentina on September 21st and conclude their Rugby Championship campaign against Los Pumas at Nelspruit's Mbombela Stadium on September 28th.

“We are excited to have confirmed the venue for our two Rugby Championship matches against Australia and are eager to return to Brisbane and Perth,” Bok coach Rassie Erasmus said in a statement.
“Playing against the Wallabies in Australia is always tough and we are well aware of the challenges that await us, not just Down Under but throughout this Test season.
“Firstly we have a big upcoming series to focus on with the two Test series against Ireland and the opening game against Portugal, and then we will turn our attention to what will undoubtedly be another attractive Rugby Championship.”
