Actress Moiteli “Telly” Pheto and her designer friend Thula Sindhe have been named in the National Lottery Commission (NLC) investigation.

Terry Pheto and fashion designer: R5 million grant
TimesLIVE has confirmed that Terry Pheto and Thula Cindy are suspected of being involved in the misappropriation of a R5-million subsidy from the National Lottery Commission (NLC) meant for poultry farms.
Feto's sister, Dimakatso, is also mentioned in the report detailing the findings of the investigation by the Special Investigation Unit (Siu) towards allegations of NLC corruption and mismanagement.
The publication adds that R5 million was awarded to a company called Zibsibix. The fashion designer's company, Black Planet Trading, received R140,000, while Feto's company and her personal bank account received R3.2 million. Her sister, Ms Dimakatso, received R124 000 and R315 000.
