Record label Universal Music Group has removed all of its music from the popular social media application Tik Tok. This comes after the license agreement between the two companies expired on Wednesday, January 31st.

Universal Music extracts music from TIK TOK
Universal Music has accused social media app TikTok of “bullying”. The record label also noted that Tik Tok wanted to pay a “portion” of what other social media sites pay for access to its vast music catalog.
As a result, Universal Music removed millions of songs from Tik Tok.
