Springbok captain Siya Kolisi was one of the stars interviewed by F1 correspondent Martin Brundle on the grid ahead of Sunday's Monaco Grand Prix.
A feature of F1 broadcasts in recent years has been Brundle's walk around the track before each race, spontaneously asking questions of the rich and famous who have qualified to join the starting grid.
This time, Kolisi attended the Grand Prix representing sponsor Red Bull and was one of the celebrities present.
In an interview with Brundle, Kolisi correctly predicted that Ferrari's Charles Leclerc would win the race.
Interestingly, once the interview was over, Kolisi spotted his former Springbok teammate Tendai Mtawarira on the grid and the two World Cup winners were reunited in a hug.
Brundle, completely unaware of the significance of a reunion between two of the greatest stars in South African rugby history, casually moves on and says: “There are other people here who want to talk.”
