Grootman's show canceled after ex-girlfriend's sex tape released
The Women for Change group is calling for the arrest of Grootman, whose real name is Themba Serale.
The internet and social media platforms were abuzz over Gusineel Twala's sex tape.
Most people believe the tape was leaked by the woman's ex-boyfriend, Mr. Grootman.
The group wrote a long memo calling on authorities to give Twala justice.
Women For Change (WFC) is a non-profit organization that defends the constitutional rights of women and children in South Africa.
“Women for Change is extremely shocked and outraged by the sex tape allegedly leaked by Themba Selala, better known as 'Grootman'. This heinous act of revenge porn is not only a gross invasion of privacy but also a deeply traumatic experience for Gusinhle Twala.”
“We demand justice for Gusinir. Grootman must be arrested and held accountable for his actions. “We call on everyone to take a stand against gender-based violence,” the statement read.
