Crosby comes to WSL from Riot Games, where he was president of publishing. There he led his team in global product management, marketing and community engagement involving hundreds of millions of gamers around the world. His tenure at gaming industry leader Riot Games was marked by authentic leadership and strategic focus.
Prior to his role at Riot Games, Crosby held key roles managing and building brands such as Call of Duty, Hulu, Xbox, and Netflix, where he demonstrated an ability to drive creativity and fan engagement in digital environments. .
